Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Position Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy as outlined in each client’s treatment plan.
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) consistently and with integrity.
- Attend training, supervision, and team meetings.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and BACB ethical standards.
- Support clients with generalizing skills across environments and people.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
-Active RBT certification through the BACB (or willing to obtain before start date).
-Minimum of 6 months experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
-Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.
- Able to pass background checks and meet regulatory requirements.
